Competitions Be sure to attend our Competitions this month. We hope you’ll be participating! Performance Party is Sat. Nov. 10th at 11 AM at Jacobs Music Store, Rte 611 Willow Grove. Junior Div. is Sat. Nov. 10th at 12:00 Noon at at Jacobs Music Store, Rte 611 Willow Grove. Senior Division is Sat. Nov. 17th at 1 PM at Jacobs Music in Willow Grove Please include $7 per song played at Competition with your Nov. tuition payment. Thank you!All events at Jacobs Music in Willow Grove, PA. Judy has maps if needed! Everyone who is participating will need to bring 3 copies of their music-with the measures numbered-to Competition. Competition is a “dress-up” event-young ladies, please wear dresses-young men should wear long sleeved shirts. A tie is extra nice. Thank you! Judy has preparation sheets and maps available in the Music Room Having an event to prepare for is a great motivational tool for your young person. It’s fun and teaches them performing skills. Be sure to be a part of the fun and come see us play! We are all looking forward to our performances with great anticipation. A lot of hard work and many hours of practice have gone into the preparation for the Competitions and we can’t wait to do our best! No Lessons! Thanksgiving Thursday Nov. 22nd and Friday 23rd, will be holidays with no lessons on those dates. We will have lessons on Saturday, Nov. 24th and Monday Nov.26th and continue on through until Christmas vacation. Piano Purchase: Many of you have asked us about buying a piano. Please be careful about buying pianos from the classifieds. We will always refer you to a good reputable dealer and encourage the purchase of a good instrument. If you need a piano-we can help.
